While posting salaries on the actual description might not be a popular thing try posting a range that gives a candidate an idea of the type of compensation they would receive. Finding the right candidate on the surface is easier than finding the right candidate with the right skill set. Investing in assessment testing will help put qualified candidates in the right position. Something like hiring the right candidate increase employee retention rates, organization’s productivity, and allows your business to run more smoothly. The normal hiring process for one person is 6 to 8 weeks. Hiring the wrong candidate costs time, money, and slows down processes.
